How machine embroidery is priced
Embroidery pricing has two separate components. Understanding both helps you budget accurately.
Component 1 — one-time per design
Digitizing fee
Converts your artwork into a machine-readable stitch file. Charged once. Free on all re-orders using the same design.
Component 2 — per piece, per order
Decoration fee
The per-piece cost to embroider your design. Varies by stitch count, location, and quantity. Decreases with larger orders.
Digitizing fees One-time per design
Digitizing converts your artwork into a stitch file. Fee is based on design complexity and stitch count. Provide a clean vector file (AI or EPS) to reduce cost and turnaround time.
